Well, we signed with Westminster Homes tonight, even though Anderson Homes had another lot for us to look at.  It was an OK lot they had, but that's it...Just OK.  Ultimately it was the schools, the location and the LAND that made the decision easy for us.  I think tomorrow we'll call Anderson and give them the bad news, naturally not until after we get the fax showing the final signature has been added to our release form.  Technically we don't need that signature, but it can't hurt to have it.  I do feel bad as Laurie, our sales lady, was quite good and extremely helpful.  I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat as long as your lot expectations are low they will certainly satisfy you.  We just want more then most people want and won't accept any less.  Damn I sound spoiled!
