Design Gallery

Taking a trip to the newly opened Design Gallery today over lunch, I'm really quite excited about it.  We won't be actually making any selections, merely browsing what's available.  We have a $7,000 budget which we can expand to no more then $10,000 if absolutely necessary so I'd like to get a feel for what's available and how much these things will cost.  Right off the bat I know we'll be upgrading the carpet and carpet padding, but that's about all we know.  I want to see as much as I can and then see what they all cost so we can prioritize things.  Then next week sometime we'll go back and do our selections for real.
The downside to this all, is we're going over lunch, which means that we won't have much time to get something to eat.  I'm missing out all over the place...I could be going to Bluz with Joni (even though she doesn't want to), Hooters with Jeremy and Dean (even though I have a meeting), or some mexican place (which actually I would never do anyway).  It's really not easy to go for fast food and eat enough when your dieting.  Which by the way is going quite well these days.  I've been keeping up with the running and I'm considering adding another day so I'll run 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday then probably Saturday) and combined with going back on Atkins, I expect to see the results soon!
