In honor of Dean's departure from IBM, a bunch of current and past (me) co-workers met at a place called the "Capitol City Chop-House".  Basically a steak place.  I had a 6oz. something or other and asked for it rare...and actually got it rare!  Very few places will do that these days, but that is not the point.  The point is, it was good to get together with some of the people I haven't seen in forever.  I can honestly say that most of the group I worked with were great!  I'd even go so far as to say that I like them better then my current co-workers.  It was just a good time, I'll have to suggest we do it more often. 

Tonight we get to have Jennifer, the little girl from church that just thinks Joni is the greatest.  It looks like the weather is going to cooperate so we'll take a trip up to the pool this evening then figure out what we are going to do for dinner.  I guess it depends on whether or not she's eaten already, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.  The only downside....Joni's gonna make me clean the house when I get home...and I hate cleaning!  I'm not a messy person, most of the time, in fact 70% of the stuff we'll be picking up is hers.  That still leaves 30% to me though so I'm dreading going home.
