Boy, we really haven't had much going on these past few days.  We're trying to save more money so we've cut out alot of the extra stuff we've been doing.  It's not that we're broke or anything, but looking at our last credit card bill we realized that it's time we settled down a bit.  The biggest expense we'll be cutting out will be dining out.  We've spent several hundred dollars a month just on going out to eat, so that'll come to a halt real quick.  Other then that we've spent quite a bit on hotels and travel but since the summer is over we won't be doing that anymore anyway.  On the upside we have over 20,000 miles on our credit card which means we can get a ticket worth $400 to anywhere on any airline...or we can get 1% cash back, not too shabby!

After I take Joni to the chiropracter tonight we're going to ride by the house and take a look at the progress thusfar.  I doubt they've done much more then staked the lot out, but believe you me, if they did that we'll take pictures!  Afterwards we're going to take a trip to Ethan Allen to look at furniture.  When we get the house we'll need a new living room set as I *hate* what we already have.  The couch is shoddily put together with staples sticking out and tearing the fabric (and my hand in one case), and the coffee table is agrivating to say the least.  I like the lamps though!  We've decided on a type of couch, now we just need to find it and a color we can both agree on. 

Tonight a few co-workers are getting together for a few beers to celibrate Andre's birthday and just hang out in general.  I doubt anyone will be there too long, but we'll see I wasn't planning on staying too late, perhaps an hour or two depends on how much fun we have I guess.
