I've noticed a bug in my blog code that I'll bet none of you noticed, but it bothers me none-the-less.  If you look at past posts, the ones I do from non-Internet Explorer browsers start the post on the line directly below the title.  If I post it from IE then I get a <p> tag which starts a new paragraph and moves the first line of text down a line.  It's not a huge deal, but I like uniformity and now I have to figure a way to get rid of it.  I'm sure that if I hadn't pointed it out, no one would have ever noticed!

Not a whole heck of a lot going on at work today...I've spent the morning finishing up negotiations with the phone system vendors and answering a few trouble calls.  This afternoon is pretty much dedicated to upgrading components on the servers.  There are a few new versions that have come out and I've tested them long enough to trust them to be upgraded on the live systems.  Truth be told, I don't feel like doing much today..I just want to close my office door and curl up under my desk for a nice long nap!  Since we're feeling the aftermath of whatever hurricane/tropical storm of the week we're up against, I couldn't go running today.  That really doesn't explain the sleepiness though...oh well..

I just realized that I didn't critique the outcome of the PSU v. Wisconsin from this past weekend.  I can't be entirely too critical of them because I wasn't able to see the game.  I had to listen to it on AM radio in Berwick PA (in otherwords I had to filter out electric interference and other stations to hear the game).  I'm naturally dissapointed in the loss of the game, but I'm ever so slightly understanding about this one.  We lost two of our star players (both QB's) and put a third string player in there who probably had no business in the game!  I don't understand why Joe-Pa wouldn't play the freshman QB that everyone praised so highly...I thought he would give him the same opportunity he gave Mills his freshman year where he salvaged a season that Seneca all but pissed away.  I'm hoping that these guys pull it together and can turn this season into something to be proud of...two losses isn't the end of the world!
