Few things excite me (and depress me) more then pay day!  It's like Christmas, I wake up on the morning of and rush to the computer to check our bank account and see what Santa left me.  Not that it ever changes...  It has taken a lot of getting used to getting paid only once a month, in fact I'm not sure I'm completely used to it yet.  I think it's really offset by the fact that Joni gets paid twice a month which is our saving grace.  Although we don't really spend any cash, it's all done on our travel miles credit card, the only withdrawals from our bank account are the monthly bills that either won't let us pay with the credit card or the ones that charge an outrageous fee for doing so.  What depresses me is that while our bank account reflects what some might consider a nice bank account, most of the money is already spoken for.  We just put the payments into MS Money and pretend the money is already spent.  What ever's left gets shipped to one savings account or another and we just plan on having no money...how depressing...

On a positive note, it's Thursday, which means it's our day to head out to the house to check progress.  I'm a little more pessimistic then usual because of the crappy weather we've had all week, but yesterday and today are supposed to be nice days.  I'm going to make a prediction now and say that the roof is on and either shingled, or at least papered...we'll see tonight. 

I have to thank my brother, Robbie, real quick.  Rob, Thanks!  I put my W'04 sticker on my car this morning and have already had it pointed out by a few people!  It looks good on there too!
