Pushed myself the extra distance yesterday and jogged around 2.3 miles yesterday.  Since I have learned to stretch properly it makes it somewhat less painful afterward.  I don't know what I was thinking, but I decided I felt so good infact that I played raquetball for an hour and a half last night with Hector and now..my legs are killing me!!  To make matters worse my forearm is sore too.  Was it worth it?  Absolutely not, I lost all three games to that bastard.  I'll just have to redeem myself on Thursday! 
    Had an interesting tech support call yesterday.  I'm technically level two support, which means that after the phone operators have exhausted all means of helping someone they escalate the situation to me.  The next level would be level 3, and they are the guys that write the program.  So after bouncing back and forth trying to prevent the call from being passed to me (and insisting that the issue was third party software related, most likely pop-up blocking which level 1 assured me they took care of)  the customer demanded that we look at his machine.  Being a small company, every dollar counts so we couldn't just say no and lose the guy.  So he came in yesterday at around 3 pm and I sat down for all of ten seconds and saw the much touted Yahoo! search bar (do I really need the exclaimation point to spell it correctly?) clicked the options and saw that...low and behold...the enable pop-up blocking was checked...so I turned that off (damn level 1) and tried again and ta-da it worked.  I am a big fan of pop-up blockers so I didn't want to disable it all together so I figured I would add a rule to allow all pop-ups from our domain and re-enable blocking...and it still worked!   I suppose this kind of stupidity is what keeps me employed!
