I have never felt so important during a presidential election in my life!  Not because this is such a close race, but because of all the phone calls I've received from such famous people.  So far this season we've gotten calls from (in order) Senator John McCain, former mayor Rudy Juliani, First Lady Laura Bush, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Michael Waltrip.  I'm flattered!  I've already completely made up my mind as to who I will vote for in every category except judges (they are so much harder to pick, but I'll probably pick the more conservative ones) so their phone calls wouldn't have swayed me, but it was nice to hear from all these icons.  If you haven't made up your mind on which candidate you will be selecting feel free to email me and all do what I can to convince you to vote for George W. Bush!

To completely shift gears here, I spent a good portion of yesterday writing a fairly complex program to create domain accounts for one of our customers.  This company is really a marketing group that we host all their websites.  We get paid pretty good for little or no work so I rarely am bothered when I receive his requests.  Well yesterday at like 4:00 he sends me 5 domains to add to the system and it's such a pain in the butt to do one, but 5 was to much...so I automated the whole process...basically you enter the domain name and all the necessary files are created or modified and the services are restarted...all in all there's 5 files and three services, but the typing is what it saves me.  All the websites he sends me come as "www.VisitSomeDevelopmentInTheMiddleOfNowhere.com"  and I'm barely exaggerating on the length...whatever he pays for our T1, and now we are making even more money from him as he uses that much less of my time!
