So I have fulfilled my duty as an American and cast my vote for the elected officials.  I'm sure you know that I voted for President Bush as I've made it no secret of my support for him.  I can only hope that people will look beyond all the bad news that has been over emphasized by both the Democratic party and the major media outlets.  I know that Bush isn't perfect, in fact he's far from it, what I love about George W. Bush is his honesty, perseverance, morals and convictions.  I'm not looking for a leader that tells me what I want to hear...I want the truth, be it good news or bad news.  I want my president to put America before any other country or  governing body.  I want a leader that doesn't sit around and wait for terrorists to attack but takes the fight to them in their home towns.  I want a leader that values religion and won't suppress my right to embrace it because someone else doesn't agree with or practice it.  I want a commander in chief that doesn't shy away from what's right because it's not popular.  I want George W. Bush to remain my president.
