All's well that ends well

Forgive me if I don't make much sense in this post, I'm working on too few hours of sleep.

Yesterday I looked at the order status and saw that Dell hadn't shipped the software they were supposed to overnight to me on Friday, so I called around the entire world, as I did Friday...at around four o'clock I finally found out that the software was in Raleigh, but when Dell transferred the software order to them, Microsoft used the address they had on file instead of the one given to them so our stuff went to our old office (on the otherside of the triangle) and failed delivery.  I spoke with the terminal manager for DHL (they were absolutely great about this, I highly recommend using them for service) and he told me the driver would be back between 6 and 6:30 and I could pick it up then.  So we went to the DHL terminal in North Raleigh (only ten or so minutes from Joni's chiropractor) and waited from 5:45 until about 7:30 (typical traffic) when he finally arrived back with my software in tow.  We needed groceries for the two days of the week left and then went home and I got to work installing.  I finished about 1:00 and passed out...hard...

This morning I went to the datacenter to install the machine I spent last night on and all is well with the world.  I spoke to my boss and he said I could leave town as long as I took the wireless card with me (a cellphone, somewhat highspeed, modem.  So we're Atlanta bound tomorrow around 2ish!
