Well, I guess I wasn't careful enough...I think I mentioned here a while back that I joined the office fitness center.  I've been going pretty faithfully since I joined and I have been careful not to over exert myself, but I guess I wasn't careful enough.  I got a cramp in my left arm, right about where the crease is from your elbow, when I was lifting weights on Wednesday.  I massaged the cramp out and went about my business, but I think somewhere in there I managed to pull a muscle in that arm.  You would not believe the pain and discomfort in doing something so simple as extending your arm out...  I've talked to a few people and from what I've learned I hope I pulled the biscep instead of whatever the the muscle on my forarm is.  I understand that one takes forever to heal.  Needless to say..I'm hurtin right now!

We did our walk through yesterday and I have to admit, they were really good about addressing all the concerns that the inspector raised.  All told we took about an hour and a half to walk the entire place and document EVERYTHING!  The only concern we have is the shower, where there's a stress crack in the floor.  There was also one on the bench in the shower, actually more of a chip, but by the time we got there it was completely fixed and we couldn't even tell where the crack was.  That said, I've got utmost faith in this guys ability to repair fiberglass showers!  Otherwise there were just minor things...marks on the wall, paint on the screens...little stuff like that.  I especially like how joni put a mark on every spot in the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room....three rooms she's going to paint over THE DAY AFTER WE CLOSE!!!  Gotta love her though, she certainly has an eye for detail.

Ugh...work...I think I'm getting screwed out of company holiday's here...According to the documents sent to me by my COO/CFO we are to get Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off as company holidays.  If a holiday falls on a weekend we'll get the Friday before or the Monday after off.  Well this year Christmas is on a Saturday...and the only scheduled company holiday's are <drum roll please> Friday, Christmas Eve.  So now it looks like we'll have to do all our Christmas visiting on Christmas Day... and leave for NC Sunday instead of Monday as we planned.  I have to be honest here..I'm about fucking fed up with this company nickle and diming me...I may not make it until my performance review...  Don't get me wrong...I love the work...the people are ok...but it's hard for me to be sympathetic to their financial needs when everyone in management is driving a brand new Lexus or BMW.
