No Rhythm

I don't know why, but I'm finding it difficult to get myself into a rhythm as of late.  I think I'm still not settled with all the commotion involved with moving and the holidays and whatever else is going on.  I come home from work with plans to do all kinds of stuff and the plans get railroaded by other things that pop up.  By the time I'm caught up and ready to do what I initially set out to do; I'm too tired to move.

I did make time to grill some excellent steaks!  I've never spent $15 on two slabs of meat before, but I thought it would be a nice treat...and it really was.  They had been marinating in soy sauce and some spices for 24 hours and of course I grilled them to near perfection!  I love to hear Joni make "mmmm" noises for my cooking...makes it all worth it...  Needless to say, it was worth it.

Either tomorrow or Wednesday we'll go to Lowe's and pickup some shelving for the garage and finally be able to park in it!  We've got nearly everything unpacked...I say nearly because I've been avoiding the computer room like the plague.  We desperately need shelf space in there, but can't seem to find any with in our price range.  I'll be damned if I'm going to spend a hundred dollars on a shelf for all my computer junk.  And while I'm thinking of it, Best Buy, it'll be a snowy day in hell before I spend $300 on a component shelf...it's two pieces of metal and four pieces of glass for crying out loud!
