I can't believe it...it's true.  I finally will realize my 6 year old dream of having a Penn State Alumni license plate!  I just happened upon it the other day while checking out the new design for Pennsylvania residents and I found a hidden link for North Carolina.  I thought maybe it was an old one that was never updated, so I emailed the contact not expecting much.  Turns out that everything has been approved, by the state and the Alumni Association all they need are 300 people to sign up.  I'm number 149.  I've forwarded all the contact information to my chapter president and am going to try to track someone down in the Wilmington chapter.  This is so awsome, if you live in NC...are a PSU Alum send an email to NtLion83 @ aol.com  (remove the spaces) and get your name on the list!  We ARE!!!!
