Weekend happenings

I'm back, and all I can say is what a weekend!  We had a blast in beautiful Florida.  We went down to Satsuma (it's about half an hour south of Jacksonville) and spent a day with Joni's grandparents on Saturday.  We always have a great time with them.  Sunday we took a trip to Orlando to spend a day at Walt Disney world with my family!  Although that makes four trips to disney in four years, we still had a blast.  It was technically my brother's first time to Disney (that he can remember) so we wanted to show him a good time!
The only down side was that we had to drive back to Charleston because Joni had homework to do and it had to be done by 10:45 this morning and of all times to leave the laptop behind...  So my brothers went with us and we drove into the night...3:00 a.m. in the night to be exact.  Poor Joni had to stay up all night to finish so I gave in and let her sleep for a while on the way home.  I did however get my Robert's barbecue, which I've had a hankerin' for.
We're back now, heard we missed a southern snowstorm (less then 5 inches for you northerners)  I have to admit that as much as I love to travel, it always feels good to be home!
