Way to go Scott!

Well, we can all breathe a sigh of releif for Scott.  He did finally find an internship!  This summer he'll be working with Lockheed Martin up in NY, not too shabby.  I don't know any of the terms of employment, but they're not typically a cheap company so I'd imagine he'll be doing ok.  Congratulations Scott!

The weather is getting quite friggin hot down here and I am nearing the point where I have to turn on the AC.  I would have done it last night, but Joni talked me out of it.  I just hate the feeling of going to bed in a pool of sweat.  I'm curious what it will cost to keep the place a modest 74°, hopefully it's no more then what it costs to heat to 68°, I guess we'll find out.

Tomorrow I get to take a road trip to Charlotte to pick up two server racks for work.  We got them at such a great deal that it's worth paying me mileage to get them as we'll still save on the cost of one new rack, and with that server room being so damn hot the fans that are built in will hopefully make a huge cooling difference.  We'll see soon enough.
