Ok..I'll try to answer the question I'm sure you all are dieing to know.  I'm not leaving my current job, although I was quite close...  I got an offer from a company that promised more money then I was making, substantially more, seemingly better opportunity for advancement and a few other perks that peaked my interest.  I toiled with the idea for a while but nothing really phased me until I actually got an offer from them.  Then for nearly three days I couldn't eat or sleep because of the stress of leaving a company that I love (except for the money).  In the end I didn't get any HUGE pay raise, I feel like I am being fairly compensated though.  So everyone can breath easy now..I know that I am.  Plus I'm not dead to Andre!
