Well, after a well deserved week off, I'm back in the saddle again, ready to go!  I got home around 5 o'clock yesterday and wouldn't you know...went right to work.  I had a great time in PA and took a few dozen pictures (most of which are posted), but I sure did miss high speed internet!  So I got home and settled down for a few hours then went to bed, that's another thing that you just can't beat on the road...your own bed.  None of the ones I slept on were that bad, but nothing beats your own bed.  I spent the majority of the time at the campground this past week with my aunt and uncle whom I always have a good time with and this time was no different.  I have to congratulate my uncle on taking 1st place in the ATV race he was in Saturday.  I have some excellent pictures of him clearing 20+ ft jumps, those aren't up yet, but they will be.

Joni and I start a new diet today...it's called the carbo-cal diet.  My aunt's mother does it and lost a bunch of weight.  It's basically a cross between atkins and weight watchers.  The basic formula is:
(% carbs for 1 serving * Calories for 1 serving)/100
You keep that number under 250 total for the day and you lose weight.  It's no different then any other diet...it excludes fewer foods then atkins so it's probably going to be slower, but anything is faster then weight watchers. Joni has a book on it from my Aunt, I leave the reading to her!  I'll let you know how it goes.
