Ok, I'm going to try to post today what I couldn't seem to get posted yesterday...

Weekend...short and sweet of it was that we had a good time but the weather put a damper on the planned activities.  Rebecca is a mobile monster these days and can't be left alone for even a few minutes...she's likely to crawl off! 

Our couch is dying and we're in the process of looking for a new one.  We've fallen in love with a Lazy boy model that would give us a couch and two recliners instead of a loveseat.  We've also looked at Ethan Allen (too expensive) and rooms to go (no enough selection) but I kind of like the idea of a recliner over a loveseat, we'll have to wait and see how it pans out.  I don't want to buy any more big ticket items right now as I'm kind of enjoying only having a few bills.  If we can wait a month or so we'll have the Lowe's card paid off and then I don't mind doing another 1 year same as cash financing deal.  If you know of any really good furniture, please leave a comment so we can check it out this weekend.  I'm most interested in furniture that will last a lifetime. 

We're having company over tonight...so I get to fire up the grill and cook like a mofo!  I know we're having chicken, but I'm not sure how we're going to cook it...last time we had company over we had teriyaki and italian chicken, this time maybe we'll fall back to good ole barbequed chicken.  I'll know in about two hours how I'm going to do it.
