I've got some errands to run today, but the places I need to go don't open until 9 so I'm sitting on the couch...ready to go to work...wanting to go to work...but not going to work.  We went out jet skiing last night with Mark and Nick, we took the kneeboard and everyone had a chance to go at least once.  I had fun..and since we really only use one Jet Ski at a time we save a bit on gas!  I saw that prices of gas went up another $.08...to sit at $2.23/gallon.  That's just friggin ridiculous if you ask me.  A month ago I heard on the radio that gas would top out at $3.00/gal, I'm sure they said that on purpose so we'd be used to the idea.  Well I don't want to get used to the idea.  I don't mind paying a little extra for gas..I don't expect the days of $.99/gal to come back, but for the love of god, this is getting a little ridiculous.  I really don't even know who to blame.  OPEC is certainly one that can take some of it.  They are intentionally NOT producing enough oil to keep supply low and demand high.  Bastards!  Another group to blame are the environmentalists.  I won't go too much into detail, but if we found a few billion barrells of oil and added it to the market then supply would outweight demand and cost would go down significantly, why doesn't anyone in congress (or america for that matter) see this?  There are many others to blame, but it's time to leave so I'll leave it for another time.
