Fair Tonight!

10/19/05 @ 9:27 pm · By Steve Hoffman · Comments (2) · Leave one
We're going to the state fair tonight, we purchased our tickets almost two weeks ago and are ready to chow down!  Last time we took money with us the admission knocked us back almost $15 and ate up almost half our food money.  We've learned our lesson...bring more money!  I'm looking forward to some unhealthy fair food too!  My diet is on hiatus until tomorrow morning, I'll run an extra mile or so at the gym...which is where I should be now, but I ran out of time today.  Hima went without me because I had so much crap to do.  I've pretty much finished, but there isn't enough time to go change let alone get a good workout...so no gym tonight.

They are paving our road today so now we'll have a smooth transition into the driveway from the road.  It's not really a big deal, but backing Jetskis in can be somewhat tricky when you have to climb that inch and a half lip and there's a car parked somwhere back there you can't see.  Trust me it's tricky.  Speaking of Jetskis I think we decided that I don't feel like spending $400 to park them in someone else's garage when I can leave them in mine for free...well...no extra anyway.  I haven't told Mark yet, but he'll understand, he won't have much choice.  Well..it's time to go...ciao!

$400 ???!!! · 10/20/05 @ 8:35 pm · Dean Price
You actually considered paying someone $400.00 to park your sleds, when you have a place already?

Two words "Holy Crap"...

When we originally investigated it was only around $180 or so, but due to the wonders of supply and demand they jacked the price up...way up.
