Damnit Andre!

He had a 12:30 lunch date with a company he's gone through 4 different levels of interview with...I just know their going to make him an offer..I just hope it's a decent one..well and that I'm right and they're making him an offer.  The company is local to the area and their main function is to investigate insurance claims for double billing and/or errors.  I think he'd fit in OK there, I'm a little concerned about the number of people at the company as I think Andre would be best suited at a large company, but as long as there are a few (more then two) developers with more experience then he has he'll be alright since he can learn from them, something we just didn't have to offer.  All in all, I wish him the best luck in this, but I don't think he needs it at this point.

Speaking of jobs, my sister finally gone one and in just a shade under 8 months!  She'll be working for General Dynamic up in Michigan somewhere doing the human factors thing (dashboard design).  In true "first job" tradition she's going out and buying a new car.  We did the same thing when I got a job, only we waited a little while, mainly because I didn't want to get rid of the blazer.  Being up in MI, though, she'll need one sooner then later.  I think she got her offer letter yesterday and only needs to get her drug screen completed so they can set a start date.  Congrats Deb!
