Well, the restaurant formerly known as Bluz..which was formerly known as Track side, and is now known as Time Out...still sucks!  We went last night against our better judgement, but out of curiosity, and a taste for those perfect wings that Bluz used to serve.  Hoping for the best, but expecting the worst, we weren't too disappointed.  I knew how things were going to go when we walked in and saw Janell (sp?) still behind the bar.  I had hoped the new owner would smarten up and fire the whole staff and start anew.  Bluz problem was never their food, that was typically great (except for the inconsistency in BBQ wing sauce), their problem was always the service. It didn't matter if there was 7 customers (like there was last night) or 50, you needed at least an hour if you planned on going there.  Bottom line is we won't be going back again...well until they change their name anyway!
