Well, I may not be able to beat him in raquetball anymore...but I still kick his ass in golf.  I'm noticing my game is dramatically picking back up.  When I was in college, I had a handicap of 7 and 6 for the two years I played.  Then I didn't really go out for three years (maybe once or twice a season).  Last year I went out for the first time and had that been used to calculate my handicap it would have been about 20!  Handicap takes a few factors into play, it's the number of strokes you need to"forget about" in order to shoot par for a course.  so  if you consitantly shoot 80 over 18 holes and par for the course was 72, your handicap is about an 8.   This isn't 100% the method because a true handicap takes the course difficulty into play and is more lenient for harder courses, but you get the idea. 
    We are all done with the marriage classes, and our pastor signed off on our getting married!  Speaking of which we did get a bunch more RSVP's back on Saturday (5 I think) and I expect another load today.  Also took care of some final decorations and supplies.  Mainly, napkins and plates, but also got a cool feather pen to sign the guest book (yeah, it's purple)!
    The bike is quickly climbing the price chart, it's over a grand now and several people have emailed about it, should even have someone coming to see it this week.  I'll be glad to see it go, it's getting hard to see it sitting outside but not be able to ride it. 
    Finally, I rode by our dirt plot yesterday, the road still isn't paved...the bitch still hasn't emailed me, but it appears that there are signs of life on our road.  They have compacted the road so paving is something that appears to be right around the corner.  This week doesn't project a drop of rain, and we haven't had any for a few days now, so with any luck the weather will cooperate and they'll get their asses in gear.
