The boys are home
We went and picked up the jetskis yesterday..well I went and picked them up, but went with Mark who got his as well. They fared well for the season, or so it would appear. The only issue I had was the hitch lock on our car had a bit of rust on it so I had to give it a few good kicks to free it. It was definately weird towing them home...I forgot just how much the car bounces with 1300 lbs of trailer behind it, but I made it in one piece through rush our traffic and all is well. Now we just need a few weeks of warm weather to heat up the lake. Mark's son, Nick, wants to take them out this weekend...I do hope he changes his mind as it looks damn cold right now.
I think I'm gonna go golfing tomorrow..that is if my shoulders heal by then. And if they don't I'll probably end up coming in to work and wiring up a few overhead projector mounts. I've never done it before, but the instructions look fairly basic...with the exception of electricity, which isn't hard, but I don't know the codes for running a power outlet in a dropped ceiling so we'll have to bring in an electrician. Joni's going to her scrapbooking convention this weekend so I probably won't see much of her beyond tonight.
