Whole lotta nadda!

I really can't say I did a whole lot this weekend...well, that's not entirely true, but I did do a lot of sitting on my ass.  A break that in my opinion was well deserved.  Joni did her scrap booking thing Saturday all day so I basically puttered around the house all weekend.  I did all the laundry (washed, dried AND folded), straightened up a little, got the JetSki's in running condition, watered the lawn (only to have it pour this morning...doh!) and held my recliner firmly to the floor!  The only time I left the house all weekend was to go to work Saturday night to install an overhead projector; I still have a few more connections to make, but I don't have the parts to make them so it'll have to wait.  All in all, it looks pretty sharp hanging from the ceiling.

The downside to the weekend, Joni got pretty sick yesterday.  I kept teasing her that she was hung over, but it was more like a stomach bug or something...she couldn't keep anything down, not even water.  I think she's doing  much better today though, I wonder how Linda is doing.  Joni said they had basically the same dinners and I'm wondering if it's food related.  I'm looking forward to a nice and productive week at work.  I made a list yesterday of my objectives for the next year and I want to get started on one or two of them.  In my position it's hard to do things that either make or save the company money as IT is generally a non-revenue producing sector of a company, but I think some of my objectives will at least make people more efficient (if not dumber for doing more work for them) which will in turn cost the company less money.  We'll see how it goes...

Good Lord, the only thing that could make this post more dull would be if you had added photos of the grass growing after being watered...

Not all of us went out and bought a car this past weekend...I guess I'm not living the fast paced life the Collins' seem to enjoy!
