My day
So I bet your wondering how my day went?
You <inner monologue>: I wonder how Steve's day went? </inner monologue>
I thought so. So I got to meet a few landscapers today...three to be exact. All of them were nice, all but one was on time, none of them were within reasonable price. I don't know if I our palace gave them the impression that money is no object, but it seemed like they jacked the prices way up from what I've heard other people paying. Hopefully the remaining three aren't as ridiculous.
So we decided it was time to break in the Jet Skis this season so Joni and I went out and tore it up on the lake for about an hour. The water wasn't bad, but still a little chilly. I was in it for a bit, but didn't do any actual swimming. I should have taken the knee board as the water was glass on most of the lake. I don't know if I told everyone, but we bought water skis earlier in the week, just waiting on them to arrive.
Guess what, that's not the end of my day, we come home to a car with a dead alternator so I got to finish my night with a run to AutoZone to get what I needed and then got the flood lights out...what a day...
