HP Warning

I've had it with that company...Hewlett Packard...I've never really had to deal with them before, but I promise you I'll never voluntarily do it again!  A customer of mine bought a HP All-in-one about a month ago and it has been one nightmare after another. They are on their second printer, and still have yet to be able to print a test page...the first time the damn thing was just plane broken...this time it's missing vital parts, and each time they want the whole damn printer back to fix the problem.  I told them no this go around, I'm no packing the damn thing back up and shipping it out again, just send me the parts I need and I want them overnighted.  That got nowhere...so in 3-5 business days she should have her parts and I'll head back over to set everything up.  I feel bad for this client as she's a sweet woman who doesn't really know what's going on, only that she paid $400 for a printer she can't use.  Consider yourself warned!
