Memorial Day

So I'm sure everyone is just dying to know how my memorial day weekend trip went...well wait no longer as the juicy details are about to be unleashed.   The trip there was long, but uneventful...going through Charlotte on Memorial Day weekend during rush hour with NASCAR traffic...not smart.  We arrived to find that our lakeside campsite was lakeside alright...but roughly 800 ft from the waters edge...but otherwise, the site was great...lots of space.  Our poor Jet skis had a hell of a weekend though...Dad decided it would be fun to ram one of them into his boat...michael wanted to floor in forward...while still on the trailer...and to top it off decided to suck the kneeboard tow rope up into the intake and putting that machine out of commission for about an hour.  Thankfully no damage was done, other then we no longer have a tow rope for the tube, but that's much cheaper then a new impeller!  As for the actual camping, we had fun..I am convinced that Chris' girlfriend, Joey, is an accident waiting to happen...I was afraid to go near her in fear I might end up mortally wounding her.  Oh..and Uncle Greg slipped...calling his fiancee his ex-wife's name...not really noteworthy..but he needs to take a little shit every now and then.  So our weekend was great and we're now back to the grind, at least I have the next camping trip to look forward to.
