Week off
While buried in my mound of work I forgot to tell everyone how our vacation in PA was. I'll try to keep it short, but we had a great time, but it wasn't as relaxing as say sitting on the beach for a week. We did manage to have a ton of fun, between shopping, movies, trips to Knobles, bar hopping, weddings and golfing who wouldn't have a good time. Andy and Kristy are officially married and will be leaving for their honeymoon this weekend, I believe. It was good to see both of our families, I got to spend with Pete and Thomi-lyn, since we were in during the week, I didn't get to see Pete as much, but I enjoyed what I did get. Saturday after the wedding, I went golfing with my father-in-law and two bothers-in-law and while I didn't do so bad golfing, I did have a good time. We needed beer...and sunglasses...and an angel now that I think of it..that course was tough..every shot was blind and if you were off left or right by more then 20 yards..your ball was gone. Like over a cliff gone!
Anyway, I'm back in the saddle and almost caught up at work. Still a few things to finish up on, but not surprisingly Deanna held the support line down well and the Dev team took care of the server side of things. Now if only I could get one of them to fill in for me this Saturday at 2am for the release...Colin wants us all on-site again...yeay<sarcasm/>
