I'm looking for a new job...one where I don't have to do shit...that would be simply wonderful...I'll also need excellent benefits and a 25% raise...

Can you tell I'm about fed up with having to call customers all damn day?  If things don't change when my two new CSR's start..then maybe I actually will have to start looking for a new job, I can't take much more of this.
