Oh the pain!

Damn my legs hurt!  I have been keeping up with the whole running/weight loss regimen, with some success.  For the past month and a half, I've been walking the first .3 miles and jogging the remainder of my trek, adding a couple hundred feet each day.  Today was .3 walking and 1.9 jogging, and boy could I feel it on the home stretch.  The only part that is still sore is my hamstrings, but while running whatever muscle that's on the side of my leg (by the calf) was hurting almost to the point I couldn't take it anymore.  But now that I'm done running, it doesn't hurt at all?  Oh well.
We still haven't heard from the mechanic yet as to weather or not Joni's car is repairable, so again I'll have to assume that it's good news.  Were supposed to get the car back today so I think by now he would have called and said something.  I really can't wait until I have a garage so I can do this work myself.  Not that I'd jump at the opportunity to change a headgasket, but I certainly could do it.
I've got my truck all broken in now and even took it to a construction site to play for a bit yesterday.  The rain is making it really difficult to play for extended amounts of time, but the 10/15 minutes I did have kicked ass!  When I got it home it took almost half an hour to clean all the mud off, it was caked on an inch thick in some places.  I'll need to get a few extra glow plugs though, as I only have one left and it's looked better.  I was told that I'd go through several of them during break-in, but only lost one...of course I only had one extra!  I doubt I'll get to play with it tonight, but I'm going to play raquetball so at least I won't be couped up because of the wonderful weather.
