Well, I've been on the job for two full weeks now and I think I made the right descision as I really like where I've gone.  It's not to say that working for the state doesn't have it's issues, but I can definately say that they have enough work to keep me busy well into the future and already everyone recognizes me as an authority on technology, not that my previous employer didn't take me seriously, but I lacked the status within the descision making chain ESPECIALLY when Colin left.  I guess at this point I'm curious to see just how fast or slow the state can move. 

As for Joni, she's doing quite well.  We have an appointment this Friday where she'll hear the heartbeat, but I am in a training class and can't go..so I don't get to hear that sucks!  This isn't the visit where we'll find the sex, we have another month for that.  Everyone is telling me it's girl, but I'm still hoping for a boy; either way though I'm fine.  For the most part the sickness has subsided, but now she's in the "I'm tired" at 9pm phase...killing me!  Anyway, like I said, things are going well.  Well, I'm going to get some water, and plop my butt on the couch!!!
