Something to say...
Well, I know it's been forever since I last posted, you'll have this. I'm not going to try to make any promises that I'll be a better poster or any of that crap, I just figured I still had a few things to say... I of course thought I didn't, I know; "Steve...nothing to say", well by that I mean nothing work related. I learned long ago that it's never wise to post about your job, especially if your not happy about something...and that was really all I ever did was work so there wasn't much else to talk about. Well now that I'm a govermnent employee...I have more time for a social life and am loving it. My typical work week has gone from roughly 70 hours a week to a relaxing 40-50. That's essentially a whole day I have all to myself now! We've managed to fill the hours with home improvment, outside activities, oh..and growing a child!
I guess I'm not really growoing the child, but I'm do my share! I have to cook a lot more often now so that I make sure Joni eats the things she should be eating, which I don't mind, but I'm running out of stuff to cook...I'm really beginning to hate chicken. Anyway, we've come a long way in our baby preparations, we've found a daycare that we both liked and can afford (hopefully) and the baby's room is now ready for furnishings, thanks to my father and sister-in-law! We're going to slowly start getting the stuff to go in their, like the crib and changing table etc, but I'm not looking forward to that, this kid is costing me an arm and a leg!
There's been a bunch more going on, but I figure I'll save that for another post! In the mean time, here are some pictures for you to enjoy of my nephew Logan!
