Man I love this time of year and even more now that it's in HD!  It's actually hard for me to go back to the SD channels, but I do on occasion!  My Lions won yesterday, not a decisive victory, but hopefully enough to get them back into the top 25!  Nick spent the night Friday so he got to watch the PSU game with us and I think he probably saw another side of me that he never has or knew existed!  Lets just say I get into the games!  After the game we went clothes shopping!  Normally that wouldn't be my definition of a good time, but I don't fit into any of my clothes anymore and haven't bought anything except work clothes.  Since we're going to FL in two weeks it was a good time to head down to Smithfield and spend some dough.  We tried to swing by a friends house on the way, but because the game ran so long we were in her neck of the woods at the precise time she said she wouldn't be home..(sorry E, I did try!) 

So since I'm sure people want to hear more about my unborn son then they do about me...He's doing fine!  Joni says he's more active then ever...kicks her almost on cue!  When she gives me a hard time I simply say "Zack, give momma a good whack for daddy!" and before she can get a word in, whack!  That's my boy!  We're all done with the baby registry, I forgot how much I absolutely hate the whole registering process...it's supposed to be fun, but it's just work..and it reminds me just how expensive that child is going to be.  We looked at daycare's last Friday, man are they expensive.  The one we liked the most happened to be the cheapest, but still that's going to cost us the equivalent of a truck and boat payment!  We're still going to look at In-Home daycare and stay at home mom's, but we can't look at the stay at home moms until we get closer to needing one.  Since I'm now a government employee I'll be taking advantage of the fact that I'll have veterans day off next Monday and no one else really does.  Now that I think about it, we should name him Ferrari, since I could probably have one for what he's going to end up costing! 

Oh, before I forget, I put the wrong link up to pictures the other day, here's the right link.  Thanks for pointing that out Brett!  I would fix it in that post, but I just looked at the code for the admin page and right smack dab in the middle is one of the 45 occurrences of "todo" nestled throughout my website...most of which occur in "Hofflix" which all development has stalled.  I just don't have any drive to code anymore, and before Bill gets all excited, this in no way changes my feelings on using packaged code, I still am a firm believer in doing it yourself...I just don't feel like doing it myself.  Anyway, I'm going back to watching football now...the Eagles are again getting their asses handed to them...What happened to D. McNasty, huh Nick?  From what I've seen it's D. McFumble!
