I know several have emailed me asking how our trip to VT went and I'm just not ready to post on that topic as I'm still fuming mad.  Suffice it to say that my complaint letter to the CEO of United Airlines is growing each night. 

In more positive happenings, my mother has been here all week and what a huge help she's been.  It was funny to watch her on Monday with the baby, considering she has four kids of her own she was so scared of Zack and didn't would only hold him while sitting.  It didn't take long for her to get her "kid legs" back and she wanted to bathe him and she walked both up AND down the stairs with him.  She and Joni are spending time together today, shopping of course, but for the most part it was nice to have mom take the baby and play with him while Joni concentrated on working.  She's back to work part time from home for the next month which will be nice when we get a paycheck for her again. We can technically live on my paycheck for everything except the boat, that just puts us over the limit, but what fun is life if you can't live it.  We budgeted money for her time off and so far we've expected all the expenses that came our way...except what I like to call the "J"-Factor.  It seems that the old idle hands saying is true...when Joni gets bored she goes to the store and shops...never for anything big, just a bunch of little stuff that all adds up.  Oh well, that's what a saving account is for, right?
