We arrived at my parent's house roughly 3 AM this morning. It was a long trip but we had no real issues. Zack did great. He fell asleep about 9 but woke up about 1. Since he was awake we stopped at a gas station to get a drink and let him stretch his legs. I also got an ice cream sandwhich - which I shared with Zack. He really enjoyed the ice cream but then he stayed awake until 3:30 when we turned out the lights to go to bed.

As my parents weren't expecting us until Wednesday evening, it was quite a surprise for them. Logan was having his first overnight stay with Grandma and Papa (without his mommy) so he was surprised the next morning when he woke up! Zack and Logan had a great time today playing. It doesn't seem to matter how much time has gone by between their visits, they just pick up where they left off. He also enjoyed visiting with Grandma, Papa, GG, and Aunt Shirley. After a little guilt trip Uncle Scott also came up for the afternoon to play with the boys. 

Logan is in the process of getting potty trained. After we took him in to use the potty this afternoon, I put Zack on the potty so he could try too. He wasn't able to pee pee, but he left me a quarter sized present!! It was the first time that he pooped in the potty. He was so proud of himself that he went and got Daddy to show off he accomplishment. What a big boy! Let's hope the trend continues and he starts going to the potty more often.
