When I woke Zachary up this morning, his diaper felt fairly dry so I had him sit on the potty. He peed a little then told me he was all done. I had him try two more times but he kept saying "all done Mommy" so I let him get off the potty. We walked back into his bedroom so I could put his diaper on. I had just grabbed a clean diaper and was turning to pick Zack up when Steve came to the door. Zack turned to see his Daddy and let it go. First it was a little bit then before I knew it he was making a puddle on the floor. The only thing I could do without making more of a mess was to grab the clean diaper and hold it out and catch the pee mid-stream. Although it was kind of neat to watch the diaper soak up the liquid, I really don't want to make watching it a habit. I did learn my lesson and will make Zack sit on the potty longer in the morning if he doesn't go much as he should as I should have realized there was more after sleeping the entire night. The good thing was that Steve had the mess cleaned up by the time I got Zack's diaper on him!

Zack got another hair cut tonight. He looks like such a handsome little devil! Steve said that although he made it clear he was ready to go about half way through, Zack didn't cry once and even laughed when the stylist used the clippers on him! Zack knows that he gets a lolli pop when he gets his hair cut so I think he's to the point he'll endure it so he can get the candy!

After dinner I took Zack's shirt off as it had applesauce all over it and I didn't want that spread around the house. His favorite saying after this was "go naked boy go naked boy" and shaking his hands back and forth. Then he climbed in my lap and said "Mommy take shirt off too" to which I replied "Mommy can't take off her shirt" when he politely offered "Yachary help Mommy take shirt off" and pulled up on the collar!! He was so cute running around like that I took his picture and showed it to him. I asked him who was in the picture and he said "naked boy".
