Happy New Year's Day

Happy New Year's!!

We had a quiet, laid back day today. I got some adult time as Linda and I went shopping then spent the afternoon croppin' while Steve and Zack spent the day watching football with Mark.

Zack spent a good portion of his day playing "naked boy". The child would leave diaper on (and not attempt to take it off) but would take all other stiches of clothing off, whether it was his pajamas or regular clothes. I don't what his issue was today except that he has more energy than he knows what to do wtih.

He slept for the first part of the game but then woke up to watch the rest of the PSU vs LSU game with Steve and Mark. He is such a character. And since PSU WON it all worked out! WE ARE...PENN STATE!

I guess at some point in the game Steve yelled a clean (i.e. no curse words) insult at the TV and Zack supported him with what sounded like an "oh shit". Now, I don't know if he knows that word or not but I am sure that he has heard it by this time. And since his "fork" often comes out sounding like another 4-letter f-word, there is a chance that he said something else. But somehow, I doubt it. My child has been corrupted. Now, if I can only control the extent of it...

After dinner, and putting Zack to sleep, we watched The Hangover. Everyone else had already seen it but Steve and I. I had heard it was stupid-funny and I was very afraid that it was stupid-funny like Superbad (which made me want to go deaf until the movie was over) not stupid-funny like Adam Sandler movies that I love. It turns out it was stupid-funny in a way that I liked and I found it hilarious!! That movie is definitely one to own...as long as Zack never gets his hands on it:)
